Michael Joseph Franscoviak

Michael Joseph Franscoviak, known to his loved ones as Mike, born October 17, 1976, passed away on December 4, 2024, at White County Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Indiana, after a long battle with Cancer.

Mike's greatest joy in life was his daughter, Abigail, whom he loved more than anything in the world. He cherished every moment spent with her.

His loyal dog, Teddy, was always by his side, providing companionship and comfort.

Mike had a passion for fishing and hunting Indian artifacts. He was an extraordinary craftsman, with the remarkable ability to build anything from anything.

Mike is survived by his cherished daughter, Abigail Franscoviak, as well as his brothers, Jason Franscoviak, Randy Franscoviak, Brian Franscoviak, Rick Franscoviak, and Marvin Franscoviak, and his sister, Peg Okeley (Franscoviak).

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Franscoviak and Maxine (Johnson) Franscoviak, his brothers, Jerry Franscoviak, and Ron Franscoviak, and his sisters, Lisa Rentfrow (Franscoviak) and Linda Jacobsma (Franscoviak).

He will be deeply missed by his close friends and caretakers, Kevin Rentfrow and Jennifer Esposito, who provided exceptional care and support over the past two years during Mike's battle with cancer. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kevin and Jennifer for their dedication and compassion.

A private celebration of Mike's life will be scheduled at a later date.
