Janice (Jones) Pisinski

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Janice Pisinski (Jones), who passed away on November 14th, 2024 at the age of 63.

Born on May 5th, 1961, in Gary, Indiana, she grew up in the Midwest. She was a Veteran, who PROUDLY served in the Marine Corp. for 13 years. She’s lived in many places throughout her life but later moved to Winamac, Indiana where she finally called it home. She was a dedicated and loving wife to her late husband, Conrad Pisinski, and a devoted mother to her children, Jessica & Abigail.

Janice lived her life for the one’s she loved and was a woman of many talents. She had a passion for her grandchildren, Aidan, Liam-Harold, Odin and her family. Her sense of humor was always the highlight of family gatherings. She also enjoyed reminiscing with her memories of her childhood and loved talking about her Father, Harold and her brothers, John & Jeff, which in their younger days…they had each other and she clung onto those memories. She enjoyed watching the birds and “puttin’ around the house” as she would put it in her free time.

Janice Pisinski was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious BEAUTIFUL smile and warm personality.

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica & Abigail, brothers, John & Jeff Jones, sister, Margorie Jones, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, Karson, who will miss her dearly.

A memorial service will be held on December 5th, 2024 for all who would like to attend at the Indiana Veterans’ Home located at 3851 N River Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
